Project Title: Branding, Advertising and Collateral Design

About: Project FIT was a collaboration between three Michigan State University colleges, funded by Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan. The study focused on five pilot schools – located in the Grand Rapids School District – as well as surrounding neighborhoods. Therese was engaged to lead integrated design strategy with nutritionists, public relations specialists, community advocates,and kinesiologists to develop communication materials for schools, families, and community. Therese designed a POS system promoting healthy food choices for use at independent, corner store markets in low-income neighborhoods, learning tools for educators in participating classrooms, and communication templates for field researchers and specialists.
